LOCAL DELIVERY:
- $100 Minimum Order for pick up or delivery
- Orders over $150 (before tax) are FREE local delivery (See area map link above)
- Orders under $150 (before tax) - incur regular local delivery fees and are subject to the shipping provider selected by client
- All in-stock orders placed by phone, email or on-line by 3pm will be processed and delivered within 1-2 business days. **Note custom products may require longer lead times
- Deliveries to residences incur an additional $25 fee
- Deliveries that cannot easily be accessed from loading doors (stairs, pallet breakdowns etc) may incur an additional $25 fee
- Lightweight but oversize Bulky items may incur incremental fees

- You will be notified with any additional delivery charges as soon as your order is complete.

CUSTOMER PICK UP:
- Pick up from 402 Mulock Drive Unit #4 Newmarket Ontario
- Our pick-up hours are 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.
- All in-stock orders placed by phone, email or on-line by 3pm will be available for next day pick up by 3pm.
- Any order placed after 3pm will be processed and available for pick up 48 business hours later. (ex. Order placed Tuesday 4pm will be ready for pick up Thursday.)
- Please note CUSTOM products may require longer lead times
- We kindly ask all customers to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing
- Enter the ONLINE ORDERS DOOR at receiving and use the walkie talkie to announce your arrival.
- Our staff will provide you with the appropriate instructions from there.
RETURN POLICY:
- Please contact customer service at 905-836-2886 to set up a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of product.
- Returned goods must be unopened and in original intact packaging
- Standard stocked products ordered incorrectly by the customer are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Certain non-stocked items are non-returnable or subject to higher than 15% restocking charges.
- Credits are only issued upon inspection of returned goods
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned goods.
- Any reward offers associated with the returned products will be subject to a charge back of the retail value of the reward offer or return of the reward offer with the returned products
