Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

General Shipping

For online orders, shipping will be calculated in the "Shipping Method" section of the checkout process. Here you can specify your preferred carrier and speed of delivery.

The following factors will determine available carriers or shipping methods and final pricing:

  • Size
  • Weight
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Delivery speed

 All orders submitted by 3 pm will be processed on the same day and scheduled for the earliest possible delivery slot available. Any order submitted after 3pm will be processed the following business day. Please also note that custom products may require longer lead times.

Delivery - Local

We offer FREE local delivery for all orders over $150.00! Check out LOCAL DELIVERY AREA MAP to see if you’re eligible for free delivery.

Delivery - Outside Local Area

Order Pick-Up 

Did you know you can come by, say hi, and pick up your order at our local warehouse? 

All in-stock orders placed by email, phone or online, by 3PM will be available for next day pick up.

Orders can be picked up between 9am and 4pm from Monday to Friday at:

When you arrive, please go to the Receiving door (to the right of the main entrance), bring your Order # and our staff will be happy to help you.

Note: Any order placed after 3pm will be processed and available for pick up 48 business hours later.  (ex. Order placed Tuesday 4pm will be ready for pick up Thursday). Please also note that custom products may require longer lead times.

Orders marked as Pick-up that are left for longer than 20 business days will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Due to Covid-19 precautions we are not currently accepting walk-in orders or pickups. To arrange a pickup please email customer service at customercare@wolfpack.ca or call 905-836-2886 so we can make sure your order is ready. To keep everyone safe, we kindly ask all customers to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing.

 

Returns

We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order and our customer service team is here to work with you to resolve any issues and answer any questions you may have. Before initiating a return please don’t hesitate to reach out to customercare@wolfpack.ca or call us at 905-836-2886.

 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied and wish to return a product received from Wolfpack, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Ensure you have met the conditions at the bottom of this page, to confirm your eligibility.
  2. Contact us via customercare@wolfpack.ca in order to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Return your product (including the packing slip or order confirmation) to the following address:

  1. Once we have received and verified your shipment, we will issue a full refund (less shipping) back to your original payment method

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any returned item(s) that become lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a shipping service that provides you with a tracking number, to secure your shipment and help track the return until it reaches our facility.

CONDITIONS

Items can be returned for a full credit (less shipping) within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Due to the nature of the items, custom, made-to-order or custom-printed merchandise, as well as machines and other equipment are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective. If you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us at customercare@wolfpack.ca, so we can help resolve the issue.
  2. Standard stock items must be in resalable condition, and preferably kept in the original packaging it was sold in, with your packaging slip or order confirmation.

Products returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, unless otherwise authorized by Wolfpack. Please note that all returns will be subject to inspection for damage or misuse, prior to the issue of a refund.
